Normally our blog entries consist of evangelism tips, encouragement or some other type of message to help you in your Christian walk. This entry is a departure from the normal because we want to announce that JGM products are now available online. Part of our ministry is training others in evangelism so we have created different resources to help, encourage and teach people how to do reach their world for Christ.

Our Gospel tracts and salvation bracelets can be used to reach out. Stepping Stones, our discipleship course, can be used in a Bible Study or Sunday School. How to Evangelize the Workshop is the compilation of the things God has taught Jeff Goss during the past 30 years of personal evangelism experience. On Wednesday morning, September 30th, I and 5 students from the Ministry Academy in St. Louis began the long journey to the Navajo Nation in New Mexico. On our way we stopped at Faith Community Church in Great Bend, Kansas where we testified and ministered at their youth group. We spent the night at Faith Community and then on Thursday drove on to Navajo Ministries in Farmington, New Mexico where we stayed during our time in New Mexico.

Friday morning we were able to testify and minister at the Navajo Ministries early morning devotional meeting. One of the Ministry Academy students, Jimmy led praise and worship at this meeting. They then asked us to be guests on the morning show of their Christian radio station KNMI (more…)

Be praying for me as I take 5 students from the Ministry Academy of the St. Louis Dream Center (SLDC) to the Northern Navajo Nation Fair in Shiprock, New Mexico to minister to the Navajos. I am excited that God has opened up the door for me to bring these students because I feel like part of my ministry is to train people in evangelism. On Friday nights I am able to do this as a route leader for the Street Ministry in North St. Louis and now I am able to do it on a missions trip. This is a great opportunity to train young adults in mission work.

I’m looking forward to seeing all the good things that God is going to do at this outreach. On Monday I met with the students and we put together over 500 salvation bracelets to use as a ministry tool to reach the Navajos of all ages; the children, gothic teenagers and adults. (more…)
