We realize it has been quite a while since our last post. Circumstances had prevented us staying active with this blog, but we have good news. From this point forward we will be regularly posting, so be sure to check back weekly.

Today I want to share a testimony from the Street Evangelism outreach of December 3rd that will illustrate the importance of relying upon the leading of the Holy Spirit as we are ministering to people. When we started the night out I had a neighborhood in mind that I was going to go to and when I was about to turn left onto a street to go that neighborhood the Holy Spirit gave me a check and then directed me to go straight instead. Continuing down that street we encountered a couple who (more…)
Tuesday, September 28th, 2010 I am heading off for the long journey from St. Louis to Shiprock, New Mexico to minister to the Navajo Indians at the 99th annual Shiprock Northern Navajo Nation Fair. There will be at least 120,000 Navajos at the parade on Saturday, October 2nd. I will be taking 6 other people with me; 5 students from the St. Louis Dream Center Ministry Academy and one man from the Genesis program. We will also be meeting a couple from Joel Osteen’s church in Lakewood, Texas down in Shiprock. We will be loaded with Gospel material to pass out. We will have around 15,000 Gospel tracts, 2000 Jesus stickers, over 1000 salvation bracelets, Navajo Bibles and other material to pass out. Pray that the material will get into the right hands and that it will bear much fruit and that we will have many divine appointments.
The scripture I feel like God has given me for this outreach is Joshua 1:3, “Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you…” I believe that we as the body of Christ need to start claiming this scripture for our neighborhoods, schools, cities, workplaces and wherever we go, claiming that people are going to be saved and that revival is going to take place wherever our foot shall tread. Joshua 1:3 was not written (more…)
Normally our blog entries consist of evangelism tips, encouragement or some other type of message to help you in your Christian walk. This entry is a departure from the normal because we want to announce that JGM products are now available online. Part of our ministry is training others in evangelism so we have created different resources to help, encourage and teach people how to do reach their world for Christ.
Our Gospel tracts and salvation bracelets can be used to reach out. Stepping Stones, our discipleship course, can be used in a Bible Study or Sunday School. How to Evangelize the Workshop is the compilation of the things God has taught Jeff Goss during the past 30 years of personal evangelism experience. His insights and stories will inspire you and give you practical training in your evangelism endeavors. The CD set and workbook can be ordered together or separately.

On Wednesday morning, September 30th, I and 5 students from the Ministry Academy in St. Louis began the long journey to the Navajo Nation in New Mexico. On our way we stopped at Faith Community Church in Great Bend, Kansas where we testified and ministered at their youth group. We spent the night at Faith Community and then on Thursday drove on to Navajo Ministries in Farmington, New Mexico where we stayed during our time in New Mexico.
Friday morning we were able to testify and minister at the Navajo Ministries early morning devotional meeting. One of the Ministry Academy students, Jimmy led praise and worship at this meeting. They then asked us to be guests on the morning show of their Christian radio station KNMI (more…)
Be praying for me as I take 5 students from the Ministry Academy of the St. Louis Dream Center (SLDC) to the Northern Navajo Nation Fair in Shiprock, New Mexico to minister to the Navajos. I am excited that God has opened up the door for me to bring these students because I feel like part of my ministry is to train people in evangelism. On Friday nights I am able to do this as a route leader for the Street Ministry in North St. Louis and now I am able to do it on a missions trip. This is a great opportunity to train young adults in mission work.
I’m looking forward to seeing all the good things that God is going to do at this outreach. On Monday I met with the students and we put together over 500 salvation bracelets to use as a ministry tool to reach the Navajos of all ages; the children, gothic teenagers and adults. (more…)
