Even though the last two farm shows where we ministered in, McCook, Nebraska and Monterey, California were smaller farm shows, God surprised me with many good Divine appointments. I decree the promise of Isaiah 45:3 on a regular basis, that in the area of souls, God would give me the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places. This describes what happened at these two farm shows. There were great salvations with people loaded with potential to do great things for God. In California we talked to people who could help us get into more conventions and shows in California as well as people living in California who could help us minister. God answers prayer because this is what we prayed would happen.

In October we ministered at the Northern Navajo Nation Fair in Shiprock New Mexico, as I have done for many years. This is the most receptivity I have ever seen among the young Navajo. The persistence of going out there to minister year after year is really paying off.

One young boy who loved the Lord and even had a call on his life had a stuttering problem. Pastor Tso prayed for him and at our booth in the fairgrounds and he received healing for his stuttering like Moses. Another one of my favorite testimonies is when a praying Grandma who had been praying for a long time for her grandkids to get saved, brought them to our booth. After we shared the Gospel message with them, they prayed to receive Christ, and the grandma was so happy and grateful to us for sharing with her grandkids. This is a good reminder to persevere and not give up in praying for our loved ones.

On a sadder note, as I was sitting down to write this newsletter, I received a phone call that Pastor Robert Tso, the Pastor of Victory Life Church in Shiprock New Mexico, had just died of a heart attack. We have worked with him for many years at this fair and he has been our spiritual covering in Shiprock as we minister at the fair. At first, I felt extremely sad, but God began to remind me that going to heaven to be with Jesus forever, and to evangelize others so they can go to heaven is what Pastor Tso and I labor for. Pastor Tso fought the good fight of faith where witchcraft and sin abound, and he kept the faith. Now he has the crown of life and is in a place where there is no more sorrow, pain, tears, or death. I heard one minister say that we Christians are a funny bunch because we spend our whole lives trying to get people into heaven and then we are sad when people die and go to heaven. We need to keep the main thing, the main thing, which is to live for eternity and not just for the temporal life on this earth.

We have one more farm show to finish out 2025 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. 2026 is almost here and we are looking forward to another great year of ministry at FFA state conventions, farms shows, and other outreaches. Your prayers and support are greatly appreciated.

I want to end this letter by encouraging you with one of my favorite scriptures from Isaiah 26:3, “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.” If we will keep our mind stayed on God and His great promises, and on His faithfulness to keep His promises when we trust Him to do so, then we can have His perfect peace instead of carrying the cares and worries of this life.

Because we are making a significant impact on the kingdom of darkness by reaching young people for Christ, we have faced opposition. At one state convention, for example, we were told we could not share the Gospel or pray for the kids. This is disheartening, especially when we hear about tragedies like the high school track athlete in Texas who stabbed and killed another athlete or the thousands of young people who are overdosing on drugs or committing suicide. Yet, the opposition says there is no need for the Gospel. Jesus firmly declared in Matthew 19:14 (AMP), “Leave the children alone, and do not forbid them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

When we minister to the thousands of young people who visit our booth, we believe we are helping to save them from destructive paths like crime, immorality, and suicide. Many kids express to us that our booth is the most impactful at these events, noting that they rarely hear the Gospel preached elsewhere. Beyond sharing the Gospel, we are showing these students the love of Christ, which they may not experience anywhere else. God has entrusted us with the great responsibility of representing His love and compassion to these young people, a responsibility that could determine whether they lead lives of goodness or fall into evil.

Consider figures like Adolf Hitler, the infamous dictator of WWII responsible for millions of deaths. Few people know that as a boy, Hitler served as an altar boy, but his father made fun of him, leading him astray. Similarly, Jesse James, the notorious outlaw, reportedly felt a call from God as a young person. However, mistreatment by soldiers during the Civil War pushed him toward a life of crime. These examples underscore the critical importance of reaching young people with love and encouragement during their formative years.

This is why we take our mission so seriously. Jesus emphasized the gravity of this work in Luke 17:2, stating, “It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.”

Recently at the New Mexico FFA State convention, a young man came to our booth with a big smile on his face telling me that he had prayed the sinner’s prayer with me at last year’s convention. He told me that he got water baptized two months later and he is still following Jesus. We have had others who we have prayed with at conventions and farm shows in the past, who are now thriving in their faith, attending youth groups, reading their Bibles, and boldly living for Jesus. Another highlight at the New Mexico FFA State convention was having Navajo students from Shiprock New Mexico pray with us to receive Christ. I was able to invite them to the church we work with in Shiprock at our Navajo Nation Fair outreach every year, and I even invited them to be a part of that outreach in the fall.

So far this year, we have ministered at eleven FFA state conventions and five farm shows. On June 17 I will be flying to Orlando Florida to minister at the Florida FFA state convention and then at the end of June I will be traveling to Fort Worth Texas for the Big Texas FFA State convention. So far this year I have done FFA State conventions in Oregon, Tennessee, Nebraska, and South Dakota.  In all the many years I have been ministering to FFA students, I have never seen them as interested and hungry for the Gospel as now. So far, we have seen hundreds and hundreds of students pray with us to receive Christ. In Nebraska recently, a security officer said he had been watching the kids come to our booth and he said our booth was not only the best attended booth, but he was very amazed at how attentive these kids were to the Gospel message. There is hunger and a void in young people today and if we don’t reach them, then the devil will. Some of the kids will tell us how glad they are that we are there sharing the message and one girl said we made her day being at the convention sharing the Gospel. Another encouragement is that we have had a good number of kids come to our booth and tell us that they prayed with us to receive Christ into their lives in the years past and everyone of them is still following Christ, reading their Bibles, going to church and youth groups. Part of this I believe is because of the great resources, discipleship programs, New Testaments and teaching we give them when they come to our booth. 

One FFA girl from Minnesota came to our booth at the Sioux Falls farm show and said she wanted to make it a point to talk to us. We shared the Gospel with her at last year’s farm show in January and the following summer she prayed to receive Christ at a camp and is now on fire for Christ. So, we planted and watered the gospel seed, and then the harvest happened in the summer at a Christian camp.

We still have many more FFA state conventions to minister at this year so please be in prayer that this revival among young people will continue coast to coast.  I will close with these verses from Revelation 14:15 and 16,” And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest is reap. And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.” This is God’s top priority for us, to thrust in our sickle so the earth will be reaped.

In Luke 2:10 the angel said to fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. Notice His promises and blessings are for all people. We were blessed this past year to minister to so many people at numerous FFA Conventions, farm shows, and fairs in the US and Canada. Romans 10 tells us that who

ever calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved. Whoever means all people including the worst of sinners if they truly repent and believe and receive Jesus as Lord and Savior.

It never gets old telling the world of the redemption we have in Christ. I love seeing the looks on people’s faces when I share the Good News of what Christ did for us on the cross and how much He loves them personally. Most recently I saw this when I ministered to groups of FFA kids from rural Oklahoma at the Tulsa farm show. I was amazed that they were so hungry for God that most of them stood and listened to us for long periods of time and many prayed to receive Christ. At the Peoria Illinois farm show, I prayed with a couple of older men who did not have the assurance of their salvation, but now they do.

As we enter 2025, we have some news to share. Since 2005 our ministry has operated under Victory World Outreach Church, Inc.  lead by our dear friend Pastor Jeff Wright. This past July, Jeff Wright graduated to heaven where we know he is receiving great reward for a life in service to God. After praying about the direction we should take now, we know it is time for Jeff Goss Ministries to be its own organization. We asked 2 local pastors and a long-time friend to be on our board and have incorporated as a non-profit organization. Our application for 501c3 status is in process and while in process, and once approved, all donations retroactively are tax deductible. Beginning January 1, 2025 donations will flow through this new ministry. Although this is a new organization our mission and ministry remains the same; to reach people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to inspire and train others in evangelism, so that they can reach those in their world. We look forward to the great things God has ahead and are so grateful for your continued prayers and support.

This past year we saw multitudes come to Christ but I still believe with all my heart that the biggest harvest of souls is still ahead of us. What a great time to be alive and to live for God and to share His good news to hurting world.

In our last FFA state convention in Houston Texas, I saw firsthand how bad God wants the young people saved. The day I was to leave for Houston, hurricane Beryl had just hit the Houston area and so my flight was cancelled and the power at the Houston convention center went out. To make matters worse, all the flights for the next day to fly to Houston were completely booked. At this point, I prayed to God and said to Him, for the sake of the young people in Texas who will be saved because of our ministry, please do a miracle and get me a flight to Houston. God came through and got me a plane ticket supernaturally on a flight that had been totally booked up the last we checked. Also, the power was restored at the convention center in downtown Houston. Many young people were saved and ministered to because of these miracles. This also showed me that if we don’t give up, God will always come through because He is faithful.

Joel 3:14 goes on to say,” Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision.” We need your prayers and support more than ever before because as we continue to minister, multitudes are in the valley of decision. A good example of this was when I ministered at the Florida FFA State convention in June, which usually has around 6 thousand kids attending. I started out with a large stack of follow up flyers designed for those who pray with us to receive Christ. By the end of the convention, I was left with just about four of them.

The next two of our outreaches we will be ministering to people from all over the world. The first one will be the Canadian National Exhibition in Toronto Canada. I love this one because Toronto is such an international city so we will be reaching people from all over the world. Then at the end of August it is on to Boone Iowa for the Farm Progress show which is attended by farmers from all over the world.

Thanks so much for your prayers and support. James 5:16 tells us that “the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” Let us never forget the power there is in believing prayer.

A day after being in Decatur, I headed to the most international city in the world, Toronto Canada to minister at the Canadian National Exhibition which was attended by hundreds of thousands of people. I love ministering in Toronto because I can preach to so many different people from so many different cultures and nationalities and many of them prayed with me to receive Christ.
My next destination was a new farm show in the uttermost parts of the earth, Torrington Wyoming (they didn’t even have a Walmart in Torrington). The only thing Torrington had in common with Toronto is that their names both start out with “Tor” and that is where their commonality ended. The Torrington Farm show was on the East Wyoming college campus, so we had a lot of college students and faculty come to our booth as well as high school students and many of them prayed with me.

When the farm show in Torrington was over, I flew to California by invitation from Scott Hinkle Ministries to help with the Mario Murillo tent meeting in the Los Angeles area. This was a big blessing and very encouraging to see God moving so powerfully in an area in so need of revival.

Another place in need of revival is the Navajo reservation where I ministered in October. You can always tell what the devil fears by what he attacks the most. This is why he attacks places like Los Angeles, St. Louis, and the Navajo people. While ministering at the Shiprock Fair parade they had a float that had pictures of young Navajo girls that have been disappearing off the reservation and some even found murdered. There is also witchcraft, incest, a high divorce rate, drugs, alcohol, and immorality of all kinds on the Navajo reservation. The good news is that where sin abounds, grace does much more abound. Through the years, men of God have said that revival would begin among the Native Americans. At the Shiprock Fair we immersed the fair with the Gospel by having a prayer booth inside the fairgrounds with Pastor Robert Tso and Victory Life Church from Shiprock. We shared Christ and His Word with people as well as prayed for peoples needs. I also preached at an outdoor revival meeting at Victory Life church and at their Sunday morning service.

In Closing, even though I have ministered to so many different cultures, nationalities, and people groups the last few months, the people all have one thing in common. They all have a void inside them, and they are all racing toward an endless eternity. No matter who they are and where they come from, there is still only one answer that will fill the void and give them eternal life in Heaven and that is receiving Jesus Christ the Son of God as Lord and Savior. This is why I saw a girl cry when her mother prayed with me to be saved in Toronto. This is why I saw those same tears after a Navajo mother who had a troubled daughter cry while she was praying the sinner’s prayer with me.

This is why I am excited to finish this year strong with farm shows in McCook Nebraska and Tulsa Oklahoma because I know there will be many people just like in all these other places that are in desperate need of that peace that only Jesus can give. I will start by with the South Carolina FFA State Convention in Greenville. In 2019 we did the South Carolina FFA Convention for the first time at Clemson University. I was disappointed because, although I had a few connections, hardly anyone came to our booth. It was so slow that I went out on the campus of Clemson to pass out tracts. I thought to myself that I would not want to do that convention again due to lack of receptivity. Thank God we didn’t stop. The convention this year was just the opposite. All day long kids kept coming to our booth with a hunger to hear about Jesus. A number of them prayed with me to receive Christ. One kid even told me that a group of them stayed up in their motel praying and studying the Bible until one in the morning. Revival is happening.

My favorite testimony from South Carolina was when two young girls came to hear the message. One girl said she had already received Christ as her Lord and the other one said she hadn’t. Long story short, the one girl that hadn’t been saved prayed with me to receive Christ and after the prayer she and her friend got super excited and giddy that she was now born again. After I gave them instruction and teaching on how to live the Christian life and follow up material, they left. Later on, they both came back to our booth so excited about her being saved that she wanted to have a picture with me. At that point I gave her more teaching on living the Christian life. I ended up giving out a whole box of Book of John and Romans books in South Carolina.

The Kansas and Mississippi FFA State conventions this year were also better than they have been in the past as far as receptivity and the number of kids praying to receive the Lord. Teenagers have even thanked me just for spending time talking with them about the Lord.

One young man at the Alabama State FFA Convention said he was Chaplin of his FFA Chapter but that he still hadn’t repented. I spent some time ministering to him and he ended up giving his life to Christ.

We just finished the FFA State Conventions for the year with a big bang in Orlando Florida and in downtown Dallas Texas. Both went well. In Texas we had three good solid days of ministry to teenagers who live in the big cities of Texas like Houston and Dallas, to small town kids from places like Muleshoe Texas, and teens who live on the border of Mexico. During all 3 days we had a constant flow of kids, and kids praying to receive Christ from the very beginning to the very end.

Not only have many FFA kids prayed with us to receive Christ into their lives, but we have also had some of them come for prayer for personal struggles with pornography or family issues. Some have come to our booth seeking advice on starting their own ministries.

We have had many Ag teachers come to our booth and thank us for what we are doing. Some have made the comment that they are limited to what they can share in the classroom, so they were glad we were there. This makes me thankful that I have the freedom to talk to the kids about things like feeding their spirit and faith with Gods Word, the importance of living a life of praise to God so we can run our race with joy, getting plugged into a good church and guarding our thought life and what we say. Since most of these kids are farmers, they understand when I tell them that everything we think, speak, and do we are planting a seed that we will eventually reap a harvest on. The importance of teaching these basic fundamentals of Christianity was reinforced to me at the Mississippi FFA State convention when a girl told me she had been using tarot cards during her prayer time and she asked me if this was okay. Thankfully I was able to tell her how demonic this is and that she is to look to the Word of God and the Holy Spirit for guidance. This also makes me thankful that we give out good literature, including New Testaments and John and Romans books that will help people get on the right track in their Christian walk.

I feel like we are continuing to do our part to help save this nation through ministering at these conventions and farm shows.

Now I am excited about the upcoming farm shows which will start up again in August with Dakota Fest in Mitchell South Dakota, the Farm progress Show in Decatur Illinois, Husker Harvest Days in Grand Island Nebraska and our Navajo Outreach in Shiprock New Mexico.

Outreaches for this year started for us in West Monroe Louisiana at the Ag Expo. We have done this show for many years now. Like in the past, we had a lot of traffic at our booth with people receiving free gifts and most importantly hearing the Good News of the Gospel.

After Louisiana, it was on to the other south, the much colder south, Sioux Falls South Dakota. A volunteer worker who joined us in South Dakota said that even though he has taught the Bible for many years, he has never done much evangelism and that he was learning from us on how to do it. At one point he said he had prayed the salvation prayer with 9 people at the Sioux Falls farm show.

At the end of January we were at the Iowa Ag farm show in downtown Des Moines, Iowa. Once again, we had some good local help. The things that stick out in my mind about this farm show was the large number of FFA kids who visited our booth to hear the Gospel and some even prayed with us. A lot of the people showed us appreciation for being there. Living in the days we are living in, I have noticed more receptivity to the Gospel including in Iowa.

The Western Farm Show in Kansas City and the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, Kentucky were in February. In Kansas City, they bused in 4500 FFA teenagers from all over Kansas and Missouri on Friday morning. There were so many kids surrounding our booth that at times I would stand on a chair to talk to them. The kids gravitate to us because they are hungry for truth that they don’t get in today’s society. And once again the vendors around us were truly amazed at this move of God.

At the Cedar Falls farm show a few days later there were a couple of young men that came to our booth with an extreme interest in spiritual things. I was able to spend about 15 minutes with them talking about Gods Word. More and more God is bringing young people to us who really want to know God and to be used by Him and they will just stand and listen as we pour the Word of God into them.

In March, my wife and I traveled to Logan Utah to minister at the Utah FFA state convention. For being such a Mormon state, we really had good results. One teenager came to our booth on the second day. He asked me if I remembered him, and I did remember praying with him the day before to receive Christ. He came back to tell us that he had repented of his sins and he went out and bought a Bible.

The next week I traveled to Redmond Oregon to minister at the Oregon FFA state convention. We had very good response despite the culture of that area . One girl said she wanted to go to hell, but after hearing the Word of God, she ended up praying to receive Jesus with Terry Morrison. After praying with us to receive Jesus, another kid brought a friend to us so we could preach to him about Christ.

At the end of March, Mike Weaver and I ministered at the Nebraska FFA State convention in Lincoln, Nebraska. God is definitely doing something special in Nebraska where hundreds of kids in a two day period prayed with us to receive Jesus. One of the kids was a foreign exchange student from Germany. Another girl got teary eyed after praying with us. The thing that sticks out the most to me about Nebraska was how several times these young farm boys would come to our booth acting tough and very uninterested, not taking the literature from me but then after standing there for awhile listening to me preach the Word of God they would end up praying to get saved and would even thank me.

The year is just beginning, and it is only going to get better as we continue to travel coast to coast sharing the good news. Between now and August we have 15 outreaches scheduled in 14 different states. We appreciate your prayers for safe travel and favor to see revival continue in our land. (see Itinerary)
